PRICING
Our pricing is based on the environment we are working in Residential or Commercial. Our Residential service call is $75.00. Our commercial service call is $85.00 This covers a 50 Mile Radius around East Cobb. Our Residential 50–75-mile service call is $112.50. Our Commercial 50-75 Mile Service Call is $127.50 Our Residential 75-100 Mile Service call is $150.00 and our commercial is $170.00
EMERGENCY RATES are $120 Service Call and $120 per hour labor. $240 minimum. This guarantees we will be on site in 4 hours from the time the call is received. After hours rates are also $120 Service Call and $120 per hour labor.
Our normal working hours are Mon-Sat 9am-6pm.
Rekeying prices are $15 "PER CYLINDER" for residential and $25 "PER CYLINDER" for commercial. If you have a lock that the key works for the inside and outside, this counts as 2 rekeys. So, for residential it would be $30 and $50 for commercial. Our rekeys come with 4 key copies unless we are rekeying high security locks or non- standard keyways. For SFIC (SMALL FORMAT INTERCHANGABLE CORE) if you don't have your control key, typically we will drill out the existing cores and install new ones. It's 25 per core to drill and we sell new cores keyed for $65.00 each. SFIC keys are $6.00 per key unless it is a restricted system. If you have a huge building and want us to take over your master key system but, don't have a control key we will pick or bump to control and reverse engineer you're pinning to create the existing control key. We charge $180.00 for this service. Yes, we can rekey InstaKey and u-change. We stock u-change keys for emergency rekey situations! For InstaKey we would need your rekey kit on site, otherwise we can supply our own cores as temps until your new kit is received.
For master key system quotes we require an onsite survey to look at the locks and doors. This is not something that can accurately be done over the phone. We do not charge for surveys!

Safe opening starts at - $250.00 but the price depends on what type of safe we are opening! A $4000.00 safe will cost a lot more to open than a $1000.00 safe. Safe opening prices also depend on what the issue is and if anyone else has worked on it before us and failed to open it! This can create an even harder opening when an unqualified person fires hidden locking devices(re-lockers) in the safe because they didn't know what was behind the door. NOTE* Prices above are for hardware list price only. Labor price is not included. Labor will be determined by environment and size of project. Labor is billed in half hour intervals. $37.50 for Residential and $42.50 for commercial.
We install much more than what is listed above. If you don't see what your looking for, just call for a quote. Also, prices can vary if special finishes are required or special keyways are needed. The above prices should get you a rough estimate of what it will cost. Most of our jobs do utilize the above prices.
