When it comes to eviction services, please keep in mind that we require a sheriff to be on site. If we are unlocking a property that is tenant occupied and they are not there and are not responsive, we will need a documented email of the lease agreement and confirmation in writing for us to perform said service. If we are requested to make a key for a car that has no existing key or a key that only works the door we require the vehicle registration to match the drivers license of the requester.
